Unfortunately, this company did not send out both the test kits I ordered. They stated that both had been delivered but this was not the case. Eventually, they admitted they had made an error. This meant we were not able to conduct the first test until day 2. (There is an option to do the first one a day early). Another issue is that they do not appear to be open at the weekend. The answer phone message states that they will answer shortly. They didn't. Then I discovered that this company is a third party to the actual testing company which I shall use directly on any subsequent trips abroad requiring testing.
