Used the Day 5 test to release service - such a waste of time and money. didn’t end up getting my result until day 9 and completely ignoring my requests for a refund. They tried to blame it on royal mails 24 tracked service but if they are unable to rely on their delivery service then they should use a different delivery service (for example RM special delivery etc???) because I paid £60 to get released a DAY early, which interfered with my personal life. Don’t waste your time and money. Only good thing was the customer service employees communication and I know it’s not these peoples fault.
