Pack of 3 tests arrived on time, results arrived very late due to it having been the weekend. Day 5 test results arrived faster, on day 6 in the evening. Generally the whole testing system is a joke and the prices horrendous. That prices vary and that companies (incl. Confirm testing) offer discounts and happy hours and special deals is an affront to all the binational families who have been suffering heartache during this pandemic. We are NOT tourist, we have not seen my family in almost a year, they have missed the birth of my son and the first 7 months of his life, we have missed celebrations, funerals, weddings,… The insanity of the prices of these tests and the way companies have been making money is an utter insult to us all. We cannot go to see them because we cannot afford these tests for us as a whole family with unpredictable price changes making it not even worth considering it. And to top it off i get two cheeky emails from Confirm Testing about leaving a review and when i didn’t i got an email asking me again to leave a review and a voucher for my next tests. It is disgusting how you all make money from people’s heartaches. You can lable tests ‘day 2 and 8’ or ‘test to release’ but they are all the same test. Yet you price it differently. You should be ashamed of yourselves! I wish we didn’t have to use this and we certainly hope we won’t ever have to again. Having said that I have heard of these tests from other companies not being delivered on time or results never being received so at least Confirm Testing has not let us down on that front.
