The whole process from delivering the kit until the result is a little bit confusing and frustrating. Everything depends on the lab but the Confirm Testing team is trying their best. Also, I would appreciate if emails and calls could be aswered quicker but I do understand if the company is dealing with a high amount of emails/calls. The staff is kind and trying to help as much as they can. Thank you
