We ordered two 5 day Early Release Tests from you - unfortunately Royal Mail let us down, we found a priority post box that said it collected on a sunday - it was an hour drive to go to this postbox. They clearly did not collect and deliver the post - you did not receive our tests until Tuesday. This is Royal Mails fault not yours, but they are letting down the service, as it's definitely not 5 day release! Despite Royal Mail letting us down, you received the tests Tuesday, and we had our results Wednesday morning, which was excellent. My other criticism is the instructions that come with the kit. You are told to put the test tube in a bag marked with a certain code - the bag doesn't have that code on it - and seeing as the kit comes with 2 bags it was confusing. We did not find the instructions very clear.
