Tests arrived promptly and we followed instructions as given. Received results of one test two days later, and have yet to receive results from the other six days later. I assume this has been lost. Have contacted company who inform me that they cannot help without a specific barcode, even though I can provide all my personal details, and the test has been registered to me. I am left with no other avenue to follow up, and no result. Money wasted. Would not use again.
