Sent out day 2 samples on the same day but did not receive any results until day 7 after writing two emails and waiting for the CS hotline for more than 30mins.
Also failed to receive day 8 results until I made call to CS on day 11. Unfortunately, my child received a test result with “inconclusive”. Having discussed with two CS staff and asking for arranging an extra following-up test for my child, both the CS staff said they would give me a reply for follow-up actions. However, I did not receive any further news from this company. I have to arrange another test for my child and contact the NHS for assistance on my own.
Very disappointed.
