No problem at all with my test, good communication and easy procedures to follow, but i booked for my sister and she had absolutely no communication regarding the courier and while we were frantically trying to get some answers from you, the tests were sat in a neighbour's house! We were not informed of this by the courier. That caused a lot of stress for us.
