The test kit arrived before I had even got back from abroad, even though I had indicated my return day. Apparently it was packed in a way that prevented it from going through the standard letter/parcel slot of our front door like previous test kits have. When I tried to change the delivery address to a convenience store next door on the courier's website, they were unable to deliver there as well on the next day (the reason remained unexplained). In the end, I never received the kit I had paid for because on arrival, I was required to stay at home and self-isolate for 10 days, not wander around town fetching the parcel from some distribution centre miles away.
