Absolutely shocking. Whilst tests arrived on time, that was the only thing that went smoothly. Also given the subsequent questions on this review, it would seem that getting tests to people is the only area of importance!
Posted tests back and 4 days later still heard nothing. Tracked the tests showing delivered so called up to query as 3 attempts at email got no respons. Confirm stated they had received nothing and royal mail was at fault. Cue 3 hours back and forth with royal mail and confirm. Royal mail confirmed the tests hadn't been delivered but they couldn't refund me as business postage had been used paid for by confirm and it was confirms duty to refund me and they claim back from royal mail. Another 2 days trying to chase a refund from confirm who point blank refused using the excuse that I'd already used the codes on my passenger locator form and nothing they could do and subsequently just kept emailing me their no refund policy.
10 days after the tests were posted, amazingly negative results were sent through. Still in shock how, mid heatwave in the UK, the samples were in any fit state to be tested 10 days after they were taken. Queried this again with confirm and once again was just fobbed off.
Seems like the whole day 2 testing is just one money making scheme with no real concern for people having covid or not.
