My experience with Confirm Testing was globally good. The tests arrived on time and nothing was missing from the kits. Each day was properly labeled. The results were ready and sent to me aproximately 48h after doing the test. However, I had some questions when doing the first test, regarding the proper way to pack the test. I phoned the number provided and unfortunately the person who received my call was rude and not helpful at all. For those doing the test, you have to put the tube inside the bag where the tube was when you received it, then you put the bag in the box that contained the kit and the box in the bag with the purple label. Only then do you place the label in the bag.
