Confirm did a great job for me & the family. I inadvertently out the wedding return date for the Day2 PCR test in the other, rang Confirm in a bit of a panic when they hadn't turned up (my fault), and after taking my call in the early evening, they couriered the PCR tests to me for next morning arrival, and processed them within 24 hours. Great service and great customer service. The only downside is that the PCR test results are not recorded on your NHS COVID results record, but this is I think an issue with the NHS rather than Confirm. Would recommend for PCR testing.
