Apalling service!
A Rip Off. No refund for tests and still waiting for results after more than 25 days of having sent the tests back to them.
No response to our letters and emails. They should be removed from the government list of providers!!!!!
We sent emails, we sent letters because the very polite operatives were not able to give us any help on the phone!!!!!
