You didn't refund my money, no matter that we've never been able to use your tests!
And no matter of the Emergency character of the situation, which made us flying back to Bulgaria!
On the 3rd day of our arrival in London we received an emergency letter from our country of birth - Bulgaria.
I was travelling to London, along with my aunt Boyka Draganova.
She is 70 years old and she is disabled, as well. I'm her niece, her carer etc...
So, there was bad news for my auntie regarding her mother's health condition.
Her mother is very sick and I we've found out that we must travel back to Bulgaria in an emergency, because her mother got worse.
It's more than obviously that in this case -we weren't able nor to get your tests, nor to use them, nor to get the products again, because we were not in London, anymore!
I have explained our situation to your team member Sonny by email and I kindly asked him to help me with refund of my money, because I was in quite desperate situation and I really needed every single penny!
But you did just nothing...
What can I say...
I suppose that you've really needed my £78! Maybe you are poor, as well - like me and my aunt! And I suppose that maybe you are disabled, as well or you also have some dying relative at your home....
If it's not like this - can you please explain to me your attitude and your refusal to give me my money back!
Because that was my situation.
The sad situation - above!
And I was only asking your team for a little bit of humanity...
But I wasn't that lucky!
You've refused to help me.
So, I hope you were enjoying while spending my £78...
