1. Getting the test kit the day before traveller returns home not work for me as there is nobody else to open the door
2. My internet provider (BT) blocks most of your automated emails, so I had to chase for the plf code and for the day 8 results
3. Royal Mail 24h service actually took 2 days (for each test). Not acceptable
4. Your day 2 result template states that the traveller no longer needs to self isolate, which is WRONG ! The self isolation period at the time was 10 days
