My day “test to release” kit arrived so late, that I was already able to leave quarantine without it. I’m not joking, even the NHS phone advisor that called once a day said this isn’t usual. But the customer service was no help. After I complained and asked for a refund, nobody responded. I paid £70 for this, so I could go back to work and in the end my day 8 was quicker than the test-to-release. The day 2 came on time but the test results where posted in a timeframe longer than they claimed. Despite this being one of the more cost-efficient companies, I would avoid them. A waste of money. The only thing more disappointing than the test system itself was the poor customer service.
