cost me €45 euros which is a bit of a rip off...
Whilst abroad and filling out locator form 48 hrs before departure.....the ok locator form would not recognise Confirms pcr identification number.
An hour later and needless stress.....they inform me that what actually looks like a '1' is actually an 'I'.....(i).
One simple thing like this can stop you filling out locator form...which you cannot get into uk without...!!
