I had day 2 and 8 over at Marriott Hotel Heathrow. Nervous not knowing what to expect, I received a warm welcome from the receptionist and manager who checked my ID and explained the process really well and put me at ease. On both occasions Nurse/swab taker was really friendly gentle unlike some of the experiences I had in Europe. The communication especially the reminder emails were really helpful. Price was reasonable compare to other companies. Tip - do check the website different time of the day as prices change. I have recommended to family and friends.
