Service was good, tests were here when we got back, the problem was, as I explained by email, I caught Covid on holiday did 10 days isolation and explained that my PCR would be positive. No problem one of your team said, track and trace will ask for your paperwork and will sort. Not the case, even though it’s a false positive nobody seems to know what to do.
