Confirm testing kept me informed of the delivery schedule for my day 2 test. They also provided results in the time frame promised. I sent our day 2 tests on a Wednesday morning. I received one result on the Friday and the other result early on Saturday morning. I wasn’t happy with the delivery company DPD, which is why this isn’t a 5* review. The tests were supposed to arrive on Monday 2nd Aug between 4pm-5pm. They didn’t arrive and I got an email to say they had tried to deliver and we were out. This was completely false. There were 5 people in the house at the time! I received an email to say the new delivery time was Tuesday 3rd August 9:30-10:30. Luckily another member of the household happened to glance out of the window at about 9:35 and saw the DPD driver sauntering away from the house after directly delivering a “sorry we missed you” message through the front door! We were able to catch him just before he drove off and so managed to finally take delivery of the tests in plenty of time to take them on Wednesday 4th.
