Cool headed guy, explains everything in detail. He knows the product perfectly and can explain every tiny little bit of it. Tricky questions are not a problem as he seems to have studied Cortex EDR in great detail and knows all it's inner workings.
Also very friendly and knowns how to prevent conflicts. Example: Student is frustrated about some functionality of Cortex -> Domagoj knows how to respond in order to minimize the students anger :)
That's a very valuable skill.
