I have previously used Gateway continuously for 18 years. Superb service in the conversion process provided by Michelle Jakovac. Nothing too hard for her. Good software for PM-focused businesses. Easy to learn for new staff. Navigation between components is logical with one exception being you cannot see tenant transactions under the tenant card. Auto arrears system helping with rent collection. Inspection module easy to use and report format clear. Sales module very limited. The program is being continuously improved too and I have seen new features roll out already even though only using it for one month so far.
