shocking to say the least
shocking to say the least. I received a bill for £132 and paid, I received another bill for £154 and queried it, they said the original bill was calculated incorrectly. I asked for either a refund and credit note for original and I would pay the new amount OR an invoice for just the difference (make sense?) they keep sending me a bill for £154 saying I owe £32.
Send me a bill for the correct amount. I have even taken this up with HMRC who advise I am correct.
