This a pure scam... I wish I had read previous 1 star comment one year ago.... I had same experience with other reviewer ...Too late as I already lost my hard earn money...a expensive lesson to learn. I think the contract has a major flaw. There is no stated liability of breach the contract. It is totally different from what is promised by CHS on the phone. On the phone, the sales person said I could get my money back if property not rented. Actually there is no mention of money back in the contract. instead, It says I can cancel the service during the membership period if not satisfied... Go figure.
