My friend holds your products in high esteem and, I have had the pleasure myself. However, I ordered a diffuser for her birthday and, despite being almost a week later there was no sign of delivery. I believe my order had been overlooked and if I had not followed up I could still be waiting.
I received an email to apologise and say my order had been dispatched 1st class Royal Mail. I received the goods 3 days later and luckily 'Just' in time.
Your products are not cheap and hopefully quality outweigh the cost buuut, further orders are unlikely.
