Absolutely terrible experience. Terrible communication about my delayed order, kept telling me it was going to be posted when it wasn’t. I finally asked to cancel the order, twice, then it got posted out, when I’d already ordered from elsewhere. I never leave reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve had online shopping. I work for a small company so I understand delays, but at least communicate with the customer clearly about what’s happening. I kept the candles in the end because I didn’t want to pay to return them, and St Eval candles are always lovely to have, but will never buy from your company again. Really disappointed
