I ordered two St Eval candle tins at a competitive price. I paid £4.95 for shipping, advertised as "between 5-7 days". I received a confirmation email for my order. After not receiving my order in 7 days, I emailed customer services, but didn't receive a reply. After 14 days, I emailed again and DM'ed on Instagram, and still did not receive a reply. My order was finally delivered in 17 days. I appreciate there was a bank holiday in the middle of this, but I would've expected a response to my emails. Overall, although my order was eventually received, I had a poor customer experience and next time I will buy direct from St Eval. I cannot recommend this business. Also whilst it's nice to be asked to leave a review, I note that reviews aren't posted on your website. If they were, I would've been forewarned as I see others have had a similar experience.
