Amazing service from start to finish! I had a lot of questions and everything was answered a long the way! I wanted my beam to look rustic but not with any deep cracks so it was suggested that I look at the beam before it was made via photographs which I did. I suggest others do this as it was really helpful! I asked for 3 fittings instead of 2 and personally felt this was needed. The beam itself is really nice and I love how it looks in my room! Thank you so much! I could not be happier.
