We’re over the moon with our beam, it’s beautiful and exactly what we wanted but the communication/customer service after ordering was poor which really let the company down. There was no communication about the delivery date, I had to chase multiple times and the goal post kept getting pushed back from when I was originally told but only when I rang to find out. We had builders booked in to fit the beam and it messed them around and just made the whole situation more stressful than it needed to be. Shame because the product is perfect and the website is super easy to use and see what you’re ordering.
