I twice bought soakaway crates from Cotteril Civils. It's not something I'd done before but their technical expert provided advice on depth, size, the membrane and other info I required to be confident with the installation. It was nice to receive advice from people who clearly knew their stuff. Staff on the phone and by email were pleasant, as were the delivery drivers on both occasions. Delivery was fast (next day)
