First I want to say, I never received the product and if I could I would give 0 stars.
We placed our order and I find out that my job will be laying us off due to a fire. No ETA when we will return to work. The order was placed for less then a week. I contacted cradlewise to cancel my order and they tell me canceling the order is not guaranteed and will incur fees of $50. Our baby is due in April and with 2 other little ones to care for we simply can not offered to pay for this crib since I am being laid off and only depending on one income until further notice. This interaction with customer service is in my opinion quite horrible. Sometimes as a business it helps to eat costs to provide great customer service/support. I will not be ordering from them again and feel I need to share with others this experience.
