Very helpful, straight forward guidance through online navigation aswell as emailing feedback and booking another appointment after my own assessment if information on the website. App is available to download but can actually go through whilst on call or jot down later to go through what needs to be corrected by creditors because is misinformation leading to negative impact such as payment holiday should be differently reported to a missed payment. The advisor is able to give feedback to creditors to correct things or put notes in file to help. This is great and free for 40 days!
