refused to acknowledge my question and only referenced policy that did not pertain to my issues.denied access to my account records and would not help me . emptied my account wont give answers....TOOK ALL MY MONEY IN BOTH ACCOUNTS AND THEN CLOSED MY ACCOUNT..I AM NOW HOMELESS BECAUSE OF THIS....NO JOKE. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND MY CHILDREN AND MYSELF CAN ATTEST TO THEIR INHUMANE AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. ITS LITERALLY FREEZING AND I HAVE NO PLACE TO STAY...NO MONEY AND NO ANSWERS.
