Honestly shocked actually, I genuinely cannot believe that a company can function in such terrible capacity in the UK.
I bought a phone recently and have been asking for a receipt/invoice for my online order for the past two weeks and literally am not able to get one! How is this possible? I've asked several times through calls and online chat to be sent an invoice, and nothing has come through even though I've provided different email addresses.
Then I've had some very dismissive customer service people either tell me that Curry's don't offer invoices or that they don't know why they can't email me an invoice and I'll have to go in store. Not to mention customer complaints is non existent. Literally it's a brick wall I cannot get past to get a receipt!! Oh wells, lesson learn never ever again.
