Delivered items to wrong house, back and forth to be told parcel is at neighbours (didn't agree to that) neighbours don't have it but 3/12/24 @ 11.19am I was told I will have a phone call at about 5.30 to discuss redelivery of my parcels, took another day off work to be told it has now been rejected and for compensation I can have £10 to spend in currys which I kindly declined! Fraud
