I had a terrible experience at PC Currys Wolverhampton. I spent two hours negotiating with a staff member, Aamir, for a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. He kept lowering the upfront cost from £100 to £29, but after I went home to get my ID and bank card, he suddenly said the deal was unavailable. If the deal couldn’t be done, why waste my time? He also gave incorrect information, telling me to try Merry Hill, saying they were open until 9 PM, but they had already closed at 8 PM. This ruined my brother’s birthday plans, as I was buying the phone for him. I even made a complaint about this awful customer service, but nothing has been done. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning.
