Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's not the fault of the people working there, it's the company. Asked to be in between 7am and 7pm for a delivery and get a text at 7pm saying it can't be delivered. Delivery rescheduled for 2 weeks later, had to pay an extra £25 to shorten the window and then couldn't even send me confirmation of the delivery window, which was needed for work purposes. Flabbergasted.
