From the first of many contacts made with them, they went out of their way to answer my emails quickly and efficiently. There was no obstruction from them regarding having to return the product and they kept me informed that the product was back with them and when they would issue the credit for it. Judging by this exceptional service given, compared to the disinterested customer services with other companies Daewoo should be very happy with their employees and reward them well. Because of the service received I will certainly recommend Daewoo and if needed purchase from them again in the future.
