The whole experience of my order from start to finish was a lovely experience, it is a very hard time with losing my best friend at the min and I was told to get a bracelet made from his tail by a friend and Daisy-Chain where brilliant lots of emails to check they where doing what I wanted and all done with compassion for how I was feeling about the loss of my boy my order came back to me the other day and although I have not worn it , it is beautiful and I had a real good cry it is a keep sake that I will hold very dear and I can't thank them enough.
