I am exceptionally pleased with the bracelet I had made for my wife from her pony’s tail hair - more importantly, she loves it!
What is equally impressive is the service DCE have given me. Simple order process, emailed me to let me know they had received the hair, and an email to say it had been sent.
They sent it recorded delivery - which I hadn’t expected.
