I placed an order for a horsehair bracelet for my daughter. Communication from Daisy-Chain Equestrian was excellent - they confirmed arrival of the horse hair and dispatch of the bracelet and included a lovely personal handwritten note in the package (also returning the unused extra hair, as promised).
