Es war für mich eine sehr besondere Erfahrung, an „Breathwork“ teilzunehmen. Unglaublich, was durch Atmen, begleitende Musik und gezielte Anweisung über Kopfhörer im Körper eines Menschen bewirkt werden kann, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Durch die vorherige detaillierte Einführung von Daniel, war man gut vorbereitet. Ich kann die Session auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
