So I originally bought one of the misfit bags (the slim one) and used a 20% promo code I found online. So got a really great price in the end. Everything went well except during shipping. It left on a Tuesday, and by Thursday on the UPS Tracking website, it said a damage had occurred, and wasn't deliverable. Once I had gotten ahold of DayOwl customer support, they looked into the situation and after a little time had passed, had gotten back to me saying they were just going to ship me a new bag and expedite the shipping! I was delighted. They were so kind and got back quickly. This was something that was NOT their fault and completely out of their control. But they handled the matter like it was. It arrived pretty quick to my house in a really nice, custom sized fitted box. They really put their time into it, and I'm someone who really looks at and appreciates the fine, small details in everything. Even the packaging. After opening the box and examining the bag ALL over, inside and out, I had come to realize they didn't send a misfit bag, but a totally brand new one in the color I picked out!! I was shocked. But was really amazed and thankful, that when I had opened up the bag, there was a brand new Cord Pouch bag inside that was the same color as my bag!!!! I was planning on buying that in a week or so and they gifted me one for all the "trouble." Which is another reason why they went above and beyond in customer service.
