I love my DayOwl bag and cord pouch!! I immediately started traveling with it and it's so perfect. I love that the zippers go low so that you can really see what's in your bag. The canvas feels wonderful and is super sleek too. The zippers feel so sturdy and secure. I do wish that the more recent bag designs (I got the pale olive) had just a touch of leather on them, like how the previous design had leather handles - just to break up the color a bit. But the actual functionality of the bag is superb!! I especially love the side pocket, which is where I keep my wallet or sunglasses when I'm on the go since it's so easy to access. The water bottle pocket works great too - one hiccup for myself is that my water bottle has a silicone boot on it, which makes it a lot harder to slide in against the neoprene but that would probably happen with most fabrics anyways. I highly value utilitarian and intentional design, and this bag fits my needs for a backpack in every way. :)
