Not the worst, not the best. I was given an Amazon option, which just gathered my information from Amazon, it did not give me Prime shipping, no benefit there. With that option, I was not given the option of an expedited shipping, as I have read, that is an option with other shipping options. Day Owl used UPS, the absolute worst shipping service for customer service. UPS has no customer helpful customer serice. I could see my item was on the truck and to be delivered that day. UPS delayed delivery 2 or 3 days after it was put on the truck and it was out for delivery. They have no way to get a hold of them except the general 800 number where the reps can only tell you its out for delivery. And while the item showed up "within" acceptable delivery timeframes, it was not acceptable to me to be told it was out for deliver and then not delivered for days.Day Owl could care less about this.
