So far so good! I like the minimal design and solid construction. Fits my Macbook Pro 16" no problem. I LOVE that it doesn't look too "corporate business" but still clean and put together (got the dark blue color). Roomy but doesn't overpower my petite frame (5'3"). Wish there was a hidden pocket on my backside for a minimal wallet/passport. The side pocket is a bit too narrow and I'd want a more secure location for quick access to important things. But that is me being picky.
