I have a 25 year old Cross pen that I bought in the UK. For years, I have been unsuccessful in finding rollerball refills for the pen that fit properly. I found the Dayspring website and their customer service reps were very helpful. They suggested I email a photo of my pen and they were able to identify the model and provide the proper refills. My Cross is good as new thanks to Dayspring's CS reps. Happy customer!
