Absolute shambles of a company and experience. They do not go to debtors on regular basis, they will not go out of hours when debtors are at work, they will not go to debtors place of work when they know they're there, the communication from the office is atrocious, the office dont follow up when debtors don't pay. They take your money, tell you they will take 10% for services but leave out the detail they will steal 50% of the first few incomes from debtor until their fees are covered and when debtor dont pay final few, you cant get hold of them. Absolute bandits.
