The Deeper Signals personality diagnostic tools have been a breath of fresh air in a market that is either over-priced and complicated or at the other extreme, cheap and nasty. My clients have loved working with the Core Drivers ad Core Values reports. There has been lots of feedback, and this has included the use of simple language, an easily understood layout and clear content, and the great information available through the coaching links. More importantly, the arrangement of the scale for each driver or value highlights in a non-threatening way the relationship between strength and over-played strength. This has been very well received by clients because they can more willingly see that it is very often a case of 'doing too much' of something that is what undermines their effectiveness.
