I’ve completed many personality and aptitude assessments throughout my career, but Deeper Signals really stands out. It’s by far the quickest and easiest assessment I’ve taken, and the feedback was spot on. Better understanding my Core Drivers and working through the Learning Journeys has helped me develop both personally and professionally. My report helped me recognize when I overuse my strengths and what I can do to improve. My communication skills have now increased, I’m more resilient, and feel prepared to take on more responsibilities.
